• Limit 3 rooms per reservation request.
• Notice of cancellations or amendments of reservations must be given to hotel at least 72 hours prior to check-in date.
• Guests who have not made cancellations or amendments in accordance with the aforesaid rule or "No show" guests will incur a charge of one night's room and tax, which will be applied to the credit card on file.
• A cash deposit or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
• All reservations requests must have salutation (e.g. Mr/Mrs), First and Last Name of the adult guest occupying the room.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register a room.
• Valid identification/Passport issued by government is required upon check-in.
• All non-confirm rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
• Rates are in HKD and subject a 10% Service charge & 3% Government Tax.
• The above rates are based upon your length of stay. If you alter your arrival or departure dates, all rates are subject to change.
• Guests will be responsible for all charges made to their selected rooms. Such charges and other damages caused by the guests will be billed directly to credit card on file.

Credit Card information

• A credit card is recommended to book a room. Reservations not cancelled by the outlined cancellation policy will be charged the equivalent of one night's room & tax.
• Non-guarantee policy: Reservations will be cancelled no later than 18:00 on the day of arrival.
• Method of payment: We accept Visa/Master Card and China Union Pay Card.

Currency Conversion Discrepancies

• Rates are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be made at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

Facilities Policies

• Preferred room type is on a request basis only. Actual room type will be assigned at check-in. Every effort will be made to meet guests'preferred room type, but are not guaranteed.
• Not all Facilities and services are to be provided at the time of opening and thereafter, subject to its availability.

Miscellaneous

• If there is any inconsistency among the Chinese, Japanese and English versions of this Agreement, I/we agree that the English version will apply and prevail.
